Cu10Sn 20–45 µm is a high-quality bronze alloy powder (Cu 90%, Sn 10%) engineered for HVOF and other thermal spraying techniques. Its spherical morphology and controlled particle-size distribution ensure stable feeding, uniform particle acceleration, and smooth, defect-free coating structures.

The alloy’s high purity and chemical homogeneity deliver strong wear resistance, excellent corrosion protection, and reliable thermal and electrical performance—making it suitable for both protective and functional coatings.
