Unlike conventional methods, our process does not rely on mechanical sieves, but instead utilizes the intrinsic aerodynamic properties of particles to achieve highly accurate separation into defined size classes.

This sieve-free approach offers several key advantages:

  • Efficient separation of fine particles (<15µm; sample dependent)
  • Gentle handling of sensitive materials
  • Consistent results across a wide range of materials
  • Scalability from small sample batches to larger production volumes
  • Capable of separating powders of the same size but different density (e.g. Copper mixed with aluminum; Magnesium mixed with Zicn)
